Dynamic Mirror I is a novel asymmetric piece, composed of interlacing glass planes and empty cavities. The undulating thick and thin frame is hand-carved by the artist, creating an ethereal and poetic flow. The silhouette is based on a monoprint artwork by Soo Joo. The essence of traditional Korean aesthetics is creatively reimagined into a modern context, in this lace-like mirror piece. It is hung with custom-made steel French cleats, and can be oriented horizontally or vertically.
